Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges ONLY if your item arrives damaged or broken or if the incorrect item was shipped. Customers needing returns/exchanges must send a return request within 72 hours of delivery.
Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received and photos of incorrect/damaged must be sent for items damaged in shipment.
Your refund will be issued when return items are received.
In the event an exchange is granted, shipping is not covered by Not Only Tees LLC.
Our items are well packaged, but if you receive a damaged one, please contact us and it will be replaced.
